All UK-based adults. Unfortunately, children and young people under the age of 18 can’t use our tests.

You need to register your test before you send it back to us. Here’s how to do it:

1. Download the Ivie Wellness app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store

2. Click ‘Register a test’ on the homepage

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to register your test

4. Write your registration code on the Test Request Form that came in your kit

The Ivie Wellness app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play store, and is compatible with most iOS (Apple) and Android mobile devices.

Note: the app is compatible with Apple devices running iOS 11 or above and Android devices running Android 5 or above.

If your test hasn't arrived within 3 working days, email us at help@iviewellness.co with your name, order number and order date. We'll do our best to track it down for you.

Yes. You can find the expiry date on the side of the box that your test came in. Make sure you always use a test that is still in date.

It's best to take your test first thing in the morning, just after you wake up.

You should get your results within 48 hours. Please contact help@iviewellness.co if you haven’t received your results in 2 working days.

You can book a free 15-minute appointment with one of our health advisors. Use the Ivie app to book a date and time that suits you.

If you’ve changed your mind or no longer want to do your test, we’re happy to refund you. Visit our Refunds page for more details on how to request a refund.

Yes, you can! Just remember to forward our emails to whoever's taking the test so they don't miss any tips.
